No Refunds or Returns for Digital Orders

Physical Products

14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy for physical products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns for physical software (e.g., boxed software or USB keys) are only accepted if the product remains unopened and unused, with the original seal intact. Opened physical software cannot be returned.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a physical product, the fastest way is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason.
